We take the stress out of the planning maze by providing a complete planning service dealing with the LPA until the end.

We ensure you get the best tender prices and endeavour to mitigate risk at the early stages. A formal contract is essential before commencing works.

We can monitor site progress, prepare a programme of works, assist with monthly valuations and issue the relevant certificates upon completion to ensure you meet your contractual responsibilities.

RIBA PLAN OF WORKS

The RIBA Plan of Works provides a structured approach to the design and delivery of all construction projects. We work closely with our clients through each stage to ensure tasks are completed in a systematic way and in a timely manner whilst minimising risk ensuring all duties are carried out.

Strategic Definition

Identify clients core strategy, project requirements and project programme.

Preparation & Briefing
Develop project objectives, outcomes, budget, constraints and develop initial project brief.

Concept Design

Prepare designs, iteration of design and layouts based on the project brief to form part of the planning application.

Spatial Coordination

Develop and update designs to coordinate with other consultants such as structural engineers and building services. Preparing information for the discharge of planning conditions.

Technical Design

Prepare detailed construction drawings for building regulation and site use including detailed design and specification. Coordination with other specialists consultants. This stage may also include the tender process.

 

Construction

Site construction phase. Regular site visits and review of progress.

Handover

Handover and conclusion of building contracts

Use

Building in use phase. Retention period
